Design of Full-Length Agonist and Antagonist Antibodies for Hard Targets
Our new preprint introduces Pythia-1, an all-atom generative model at the core of our antibody design platform. The work demonstrates how full-length antibodies can be designed for defined functional outcomes.
The study reports high-affinity antibodies against soluble and membrane protein targets, including GPCRs. Designs showed developability and manufacturability properties comparable to those of clinical-stage therapeutic antibodies. Cell-based assays demonstrated that designed antibodies can inhibit or activate GPCR signaling.
Alongside the paper, we are sharing the complete sequences of all lead antibodies presented in the study to support independent validation and further research.
